Shoe
Care, Warranty & Returns
- Avoid
heat! - Heat weakens the bond between the sole and the
shoe.
- Vent
your shoes - Instead of stuffing your sweaty shoes in
your climbing pack, let them air out and dry. This will
help reduce the stench in your shoes and prevent the upper
from getting stiff.
- RESOLE
on time - Resole your shoes before you get a hole in the
rands. If you get a hole in the rand, send your shoes
to us immediately so we can restore them to excellent
condition. Shoes become harder to fix when the upper is
damaged and even harder when the stiching is damaged.
- We
take pride in our craftsmanship and guarantee our shoes
against manufacturing defects including delamination.
There are many variables that affect the lifespan of climbing
shoes, such as shoe care history and wearing conditions.
If you experience problems with EVOLV shoes that you believe
are inconsistent with regular wear and tear, please contact
us to discuss the problem via email or phone. We will
examine the shoes and either repair them at no charge
if it is covered under warranty or repair them at a fair
cost if found not to be covered under warranty.
- Only
original EVOLV workmanship and materials are covered under
warranty. Warranty does not extend to products that have
been resoled, repaired, or modified.
- As
the sport of climbing is based on mutual trust, we trust
that your expectations will be reasonable.

of purchase.
