Involvement

I've
volunteered at 3 HERA Climb-4-Life ( Women's
Ovarian Cancer Fundraiser) events. I've
helped out at the Red Rocks Rendezvous a
couple years. I am an Ambassador of the
Sport for the Access Fund and have hosted/participated
in several Fundraisers helping spread respect
for our beloved climbing areas.

Why
EVOLV?
|
The
shoes are plain good. The Talon is the best
shoe I have ever worn in my life and in
my opinion the best shoe on the market.
I like the fact that the climbing shoes
are vegan friendly and are run by a group
of very positive and talented people I call
good friends of mine.

Proudest
accomplishment
|
I
think my proudest accomplishment is to be
climbing for 19 years now, and to be more
psyched to rock climb than ever before.
It shows that there is always room for improvement
and new adventures in rock climbing. I've
done 20-30 5.14's and I can't wait to do
the next.

I
love climbing
because...
|
I
wouldn't know why I love climbing so much
because I have never gone more than a couple
weeks of my life without it. It is who I
am. It is my lifestyle. My friends are climbers,
my parents are dedicated to the sport almost
more than me, and all I want to do for the
rest of my life is rock climb. It is beyond
love at this point, it is obsession.

Goals
|
I
would like to not only become the best rock
climber I can possibly be in my life-time,
but I would also like to attract as many
people as I can into the sport to spread
the word that rock climbing is where it
is at in life. I think the more people in
the world thatget out and rock climb while
appreciating nature the better our world
will be. The more people climbing the more
people will vote for environmental protection
from greedy pollution emitting corporations.
I think the more climbers there are in this
world, the less fast food/junk food will
be sold to our children and the more organic
and natural foods will be consumed. Idon't
see a problem with the whole world being
rock climbers, so it is a goal of mine to
bring the healthy nature loving sport to
everyone on Earth.
